WILL CALHOUN GOODS AGGRAVATE MY SENSITIVE SKIN? 

We recommend individuals with sensitive skin review our ingredients list prior to usage to identify any known incompatibilities. Our soap and bath bombs are labeled with the ingredients list and they are also available online via the individual product pages. Remember to always contact YOUR PHYSICIAN. As a first-time user with skin sensitivity we would recommend testing our products on a small patch of skin. Allow 24 hours to assess your skin’s response. If you find there is no reaction, then you can increase the area of usage.  If you have experienced a reaction, we recommend you stop use for a full week. This will give your skin the chance to recover from whatever was aggravating it.  After a week and with an additional usage if your skin reacts or symptoms persist the best course of action is to discontinue use and if necessary, consult your physician to establish if the irritation relates to an allergy.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We ship orders within 5-7 business days unless other wise stated.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Due to the nature of our all-natural products, we cannot assure the purity of merchandise once it has been shipped. For safety & hygiene reasons this merchandise cannot be restocked or resold, so we do not accept returns & all sales are final.Your satisfaction is our goal & we truly believe that you will love our products, but if you are unhappy, please let us know. We want you to have a positive experience & will work with you if you are not pleased with your purchase.


In the event that a product is defective, you must let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order via e-mailing calhoungoodsco@gmail.com

with the following information:

-  Your Name & address
- Description of damaged product(s)
- Picture of the damaged product(s)
Upon receipt of your email we will provide further instructions to complete your return or replacement as quickly as possible.

We will not accept returns on defective products unless you have contacted us first. You must send the product back to us for inspection. If the product is deemed defective, we will either ship you a new product or issue you store credit. We will add the cost of shipping the product back to us either in additional product or added to your store credit. We cannot refund the original shipping fees. Please keep a record of your shipping information in the event of loss of returned merchandise. We are not responsible for merchandise that does make it back to us. If your order was damaged by the shipping company, you will have to take it up with them. You must keep all boxes and wrappings as the post office or UPS/FedEx will need to inspect it. Please do not use any product until inspected by the shipping company. 

BULK ORDERS?

Please understand that everything is made in small batches. With that being said if you have a large order, we can fill them we just need time. All soaps take about 4-6 weeks to cure. 


From baby showers to weddings we’ve done it. We love spreading the good vibes & it would be an honor to be a part of your events big or small.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

ARE CALHOUN GOODS PRODUCTS SAFE TO USE DURING PREGNANCY?

Calhoun Goods recommendation is that you speak with your obstetrician should you have any concerns regarding your particular circumstances.

ARE CALHOUN GOODS PRODUCTS TESTED ON ANIMALS?

No, we never do & never will test on animals.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERROR

In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Calhoun Goods Company shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product/good listed at the incorrect price. Calhoun Goods Company shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Calhoun Goods will issue a refund.
